Payment Method
The payment policy of froggysfog.com is as follows:
Items will not be shipped unless payment is complete. TN sales may be subject to 9.25% state sales tax. In the rare instance of a defective or damaged product, customers MUST notify froggysfog.com within 3 days of receipt. Do not discard packing materials until the product has been inspected. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Froggys Fog Return Policy?
The return policy of froggysfog.com is as follows:
Customers can return their purchase to Froggys Fog within 30 days of the delivery date. This excludes Simply Sanitizer. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once the product is received and inspected, the customer's account will be credited. The refund should be expected within 30 days of sending the package to the Returns Department. This time period includes the transit time for the Returns Department to receive the return from the carrier, the time it takes the Returns Department to process the return once they receive it, and the time it takes the bank to process the refund request. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of deposit to ensure the original check has cleared all banking systems.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, power cords, and all accessories. Froggys Fog is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Froggys Fog is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from them. Froggy’s Fog is responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
In the unlikely event that a customer receives an item that doesn’t meet their expectations, Froggys Fog guarantees to work with the customer to reach the best possible resolution. Customers are advised to inspect the item immediately upon delivery and contact Froggys Fog within 7 days if there are any issues. Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at Froggys Fog's discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. If a customer receives an item that appears to have been damaged in transit, they should keep all packaging and shipping documents and contact Froggys Fog no later than 7 days after delivery. They should also provide photos of any discrepancies, condition issues, or damages.
Please note that if conditions are not met, Froggys Fog reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 25% of the purchase price.
